Sandra Halward

Sandra is True North's Operations Manager responsible for providing support to True North clients and to the True North team of trainers and coaches.

Sandra brings to the Operation Manager role a broad range of skills, including IT, process design, customer service, financial control and management.  She has a fine attention to detail and a real focus on quality in everything that she does.

She has worked for a number of organisations, large and small both as a specialist in IT, administration and customer service, as well as a team manager.  Sandra has considerable experience in customer service and understands the importance of a customer first attitude.  She prides herself on taking ownership of any issues that arise and ensuring that a solution is identified and the issue resolved.

Sandra has worked has also worked in a IT consultancy environment as a Usability Analyst advising organisations how to improve the design of their websites.

Sandra has a first class honour degree in Business and IT.
