Sallie Haydock
A compassionate and highly effective coach and facilitator, Sallie brings huge focus, commitment and energy to whatever she does.
Her ability to dovetail the strategic, big picture with tactical implementation is a particular strength. Sallie is highly practical and believes that the value of theoretical models are only realised when they can be directly applied back in to the workplace.

She has over ten years' experience in the field of development and HR management and considerable experience of working in different sectors. She has a strong background in professional services sector having worked with several firms of solicitors, focusing on change management post merger, recruitment of trainees and Senior Partner support and development.
Sallie has also spent time in recruitment companies where her skills in process improvement and management development were a great asset in a fast paced and highly competitive environment. She has written Company handbooks and designed and implemented policies into several companies.
Sallie also has a number of year's experience of line management within manufacturing and family businesses, and recognises the issues which managers face on a day-to-day basis. She is particularly effective working with managers, of all levels, to identify operational problems and issues and collaborating with them to identify effective solutions. It is this collaborative problem solving approach that underpins Sallie's coaching style.
Sallie has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching. She is also a Licensed Practitioner for Insights a leading personality profiling tool.
