With 20years experience working within the learning and development specialism, Diane has worked in both Public and Private Sector, in local and national companies. Diane has delivered management development, and people skills training at all organisational levels. She has led Learning and Development Departments in 3 organisations, and therefore has extensive experience of managing the training function, designing, delivering, procuring and evaluating. Diane has the energy and enthusiasm to challenge established working practices, and design new courses to meet business needs.
Having run a management consultancy business Diane understands the challenges facing businesses today. Value for money is important. Linking any learning programme to the business needs is crucial. She believes the learning programme must make a difference; it must have an impact, to the individual, to the organisation and to the customer.
Diane has delivered courses from week long residential management courses, including outdoor based; to 1 day workshops on a range of subjects from appraisal and customer service, to time management and leadership. Her coaching style of delivery ensures the learning is interactive, is fun, and real behaviour change takes place. Diane creates a supportive learning environment where delegates problem solve together.
Diane qualified from Warwick University, and has been in adult learning and development for most of her career. She has achieved an NVQ Level 5 in Training and Development Strategy, and is a fully qualified Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and development). She is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute to deliver modules on the Diploma in Management for the Association of Colleges.
