NOA Pathway is the professional development arm of the NOA, and the programmes are aimed at outsourcing professionals who are, or are looking to become, significant contributors in the outsourcing industry, both in end-user and supplier organisations.

The NOA Pathway
The NOA Pathway is a range of programmes which provide a framework for continuous professional development of outsourcing professionals. The NOA Pathway contains the following programmes:
- NOA Gateway
- NOA Professional Certificate in Outsourcing Practice
- NOA Diploma in Strategic Global Outsourcing
These programmes are fully accredited by Middlesex University; one of the UKs leading work based learning institutions, which ensure that qualifications awarded are aligned with the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority framework for higher education.
The NOA Professional Certificate is an undergraduate (degree) level programme and the NOA Diploma, accredited at postgraduate level.

Masters degree
For those who complete the NOA Diploma programme they will be able to register with Middlesex University on a Masters degree progamme. The programme will continue to be supported by NOA Pathway tutors along with Middlesex University faculty. The Masters degree will be awarded by Middlesex University.
