Egg in eggcup

"People judge you by your actions, not your intentions. You may have a heart of gold – but so does a hard-boiled egg".

working with people

Some people seem to ‘get along’ with others really well, and obtain the best from them with seemingly little effort, while others struggle.

Working with people isn't a gift. It’s a skill that can be learned – a skill which can change a person’s working life. True North can help you to develop this skill. We can help you to understand how people interact and then help you to develop the skills to create even more successful working relationships. This isn't about manipulation or ‘mind games’ – it’s about self-awareness and best practice.
