How do True North's programmes work?
Company programmes address the needs of specific organisations issues in a focused way. They are attended only by invited individuals from that organisation and involve a prior consulting process to properly identify the organisation's needs before planning and developing the solution.
Core programmes are True North's pre-developed learning and development programmes. Core programmes are the 'building blocks' used as the basis for developing company programmes: after exploring each organisation's needs, we develop a company programme using the most relevant elements of our core programmes - and also develop and incorporate new material as required.
