TSP - trainer support package launched
Responding to client demand for programmes that can be delivered by in-house resource True North have launched TSP, a full trainer support package based on its tried and tested range of learning programmes.
Bringing in external trainers is not always the best option. There may be cost constraints or in certain cricumstances it may not be appropriate to use external people. Sometimes the business insists that the training is delivered by in-house resource.
This can bring with it a number of issues including:
- the skills to design training events that really do work
- the time required to develop the mateials for training events, e.g. workshops
- the skills, and the confidence to deliver training - particularly if it is to be done by people who are inexpereinced, or who will not be training very often
What is often forgotten is that it is often the case that the major element of the investment in a training programme is the cost of the time of the participants. Ensuring that the training is effective is critical if it is not going to result in wasted time.
Our TSP service takes away the pain of designing the programmes. We customise our own tried and tested programmes to fit with your particular needs - even building in your own policies and procedures where possible.
We also train whoever is going to delvier the programme so they are able to run the session with real confidence.
But the TSP doesn't stop there. We recognise that it is likely the training will be repeated and that the trainer will need on-going support. As part of TSP we have built into the cost online coahcing sessions so that the next time the workshop is delivered the trainer can get a refresher if they need it - as they often do if the workshop is only delivered every few months.
