NOA launch qualifications for outsourcing professionals
The National Outsourcing Association (NOA) have launched a range of university accredited qualifications for outsourcing professionals.
They are the first such qualifications to be made available and have been developed by the NOA in response to demand from people and organisations in the outsourcing sector.
True North, the NOA's professional development programme outsourcing partner, has worked with the NOA to design a range of programmes based around the NOA's Life Cycle model.
The NOA Pathway programmes have been designed for both new and experienced outsourcing professionals. For those new to outsourcing, or who want to have their outsourcing expertise accredited the Professional Certificate provides a solid foundation for professional development.
For experienced outsourcing professionals the Diploma in Strategic Global Outsourcing will provide both challenge and also an opprtunity to develop current outsourcing practice. The Diploma is a post graduate qualification.
The programmes are a mixture of self managed, distance learning, online tutorial and workshops to reflect the needs of the typical outsourcing professional.
For larger organisations the programmes can be customised to ensure that they fit with the particular needs of an organisation. Content can be tailored to ensure it is relevant to individual learners and the way in which the programmes are dleivered can also be designed for the needs of a particular organisation who may prefer more workshop based content for example.
