The National Outsourcing Association celebrated key people and projects in the outsourcing industry with a number of significant awards.  One of the awards was for academic achievement in the field of outsourcing and was won by a delegate on the NOA Diploma in Strategic Global Outsourcing delivered by the NOA's  professional development arm NOA Pathway.

Graham Jump of Consolve Consulting the winner of the award was congratulated by Chris Halward, Managing Director of True North who develop and deliver the NOA Pathway programmes.

"We are delighted to acknowledge Graham's achievement in winning this award.  His work on the NOA Diploma programme has been of a consistently high standard and the paper he submitted for this award was excellent.  The academic expectations of NOA diploma programme delegates are high to ensure the programme makes a significant contribution to the outsourcing industry. I was very proud to give this award to Graham, who has shown great aptitude on the programme."

Unfortuantely Graham was not able to attend the Awards Evening to pick up the award in person, but was represented by Richard Hale who is Graham's tutor on the Diploma programme and Director of Studies for NOA Pathway. Richard was presented with the award Chris Halward of True North, who sponsored the award and Hugh Dennis, comedian and actor, who hosted the NOA Awards evening.
