NOA launch qualifications for outsourcing professionals

The National Outsourcing Association (NOA) have launched a range of university accredited qualifications for outsourcing professionals. They are the first such qualifications to be made available and have been developed by the NOA in response to demand from people and organisations in the outsourcing sector.
