For the past 15 years involved, mainly in a lead role, with the learning and development process at a large regional law firm. This was during a period in which the organisation saw significant changes and growth which has been mirrored in the development of a highly regarded training function.
Motivating inspirer as defined by Insight personality profile, giving an engaging delivery style, Kevin also advises on the creation of training programmes and structures. Focused on delivering value, a return on investment and outcomes that will enable individuals to develop and thereby contribute more fully to the success of their organisation.
Areas of expertise:
- Management and soft skills training delivery, including team-building and inter-active content for events, Insights personality profiling (accredited trainer) and Belbin team roles (accredited trainer).
- Creation of training programmes, strategy and policy to meet the development needs and priorities of an organisation. This has included development / assessment centres, IIP recognition, apprenticeship programmes and coaching / mentoring programmes.
- Management, recruitment, training and development of graduates (specifically for trainee solicitors).
- All aspects of event management, from one-off team events through to residential conferences, including venue sourcing, organisation, speakers and agenda planning.
