nick clarkNick is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who specialises in helping organisations improve their business performance through their people. Flexible, quick thinking, and highly creative, Nick is a resourceful and effective problem solver who is comfortable working with difficult or complex issues. His analytical mind and huge experience enables him to focus on delivering practical and effective business solutions. He has an empowering and developmental coaching style, a strong flair for facilitation, and the wisdom and experience to get groups and individuals working on the real issues. Since he personally enjoys a challenge, Nick thrives on working with teams, groups and individuals in managing change and change initiatives. He works consistently and effectively with Boards and executive teams, as well improving business performance with teams and individuals throughout an organisation. Nick is an immensely able “people person”, with the skill and understanding that allows his people focus to work its magic on the business issues. A member of the British Psychological Society, Nick obtained his MSc in Occupational Psychology from University of London and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Manchester. He is also an accredited practitioner in Cognitive Analytic Therapy and author of 20 Steps to Better Management (BBC Books).
