His recent background is in product, consultative and team selling, in which he has demonstrated outstanding achievement. His excellent relationship building skills at all levels in organisations pave the way for open and honest interactions, in which clients and customers know that he has their interests at heart.

Mark has become an expert in one-to-one coaching and is as instinctive a facilitator. He uses a range of techniques and methods to develop and enhance performance and results. He has worked with Orange, Barclays, Euphony Communications, Oxford Magnet Technology and a range of other organisations and individual clients.

Mark has a B.Sc. (Hons) in managerial and administrative studies specialising in personnel, and a Diploma in Performance Coaching (business).
