He specialises in successful deployment of sales skill development solutions to effect a positive impact on the business performance of organisations.

People leadership, whilst it sounds obvious, can often be overlooked in the quest for strong systems and processes. Geoff simply develops, coaches, and manages the performance of others, allowing them to take people leadership back into the operation. Adding to this already powerful combination the concept of thought leadership, Geoff thinks analytically and conceptually to create innovative development solutions which support the delivery of business strategy.

Geoff has a strong track record in a range of sectors: finance (First Data Resources, Arcordia Solutions Ltd and HSBC), technology (IBM, Thales), manufacture (ICI, Sony and Draeger Medical), travel (BA) and consultancy (KMPG). He managed the team that successfully re-designed and deployed IBM’s own Global Sales School program which is now the primary selling skills program for all IBM sales staff world wide, designing the solution sales programme that IBM adopted worldwide. He has managed new and existing businesses with turnover of up to £quarter of a billion.
