To provide the flexibility, experience and skills which our clients need, we have developed an outstanding pool of employees and associates - which provides:

  • coaching-led development interventions.
  • tried and tested skills and experience in helping individuals, teams and their organisations to reach full potential.
  • access to excellent subject-matter expertise and industry-specific experience, which complements our own coaching and training capabilities.
  • bespoke solutions, innovatively crafted to fulfil the client's objective and needs.

Our approach to recruiting associates is very thorough - we demand the same level of skills from an associate that we do from a member of our own team. We only accept people with good business experience in addition to their coaching experience - and especially seek associates with industry-specific experience.

Before being accepted as an associate, applicants have to attend a series of True North continual professional development sessions. During these sessions, new applicants are assessed, and may (or may not be) accepted as an associate. We only take the best applicants - those that will integrate fully and comfortably with our ethics, culture and methodology.

We continue to provide continual professional development sessions for all associates - to keep them upskilled.
